If anyone has a bit of overgrown wasteland in Coldean, they could make a killing setting up a rival parking area.

Does every resident get one and are they valid for anywhere in coldean or restricted to the area where the resident lives?

Every resident who takes the time to complete the form they received in the post can apply for one permit per car + a visitors permit. Plus Businesses, carers and the schools. They do have to provide a copy of log book to prove car is registered there.

Coldean is area B and Moulsecoomb is area D. I can park anywhere in area B (as long as it is legal of course!!).
