Do you give out a list of rules and regs so mods know what to look for?

There never has been a rule list or regulation list, probably the main reason why NSC is so popular, obviously with the recent Google ads issue a few more things as to what is not wanted have crept in, but in the main, issues have been moderated by whoever has dealt with the issue, most issues revolve around abuse, rascism, over swearing, trolling and such.

As the opening thread on here states, you do get moaned at, basically you cant please everyone all the time

I've been doing it for about 15 years, and have never had any formal instructions.

Bozza has broadly said that we should take action if:

1: Someone is making racist comments
2: Someone is making personal comments without any evidence
2: Someone is being a bellend.

Anyone with an 'agenda' need not apply though.

Surely US is the best candidate? He's thick skinned and won't mind being moaned at or disagreed with.

23.5 hours a day, within that 23.5 working hours we all get a 30 minute session with a head shrink to keep us all sane, and some of the other mods (not me I might add!! ) do take up the 60 minute free daily access to the porn stash in Mod Towers.

We eat and drink while we work, and Bozza does insist that during all toilet breaks, you MUST take your mobile with you and log into NSC via tapatalk so continued moderating can be achieved.

We do all get one day off a week, personally I spend my leisure and free time on my fave website, yes you have guessed it, NSC

The best part of being a moderator is the funny PMs you get

I am half way through writing my book, titled, "The Life and Times of a North Stand Chat Moderator" the second and final page should be finished within the next 6 months
