Probably something to do with VAT cuts.
Exactly that. £18 minus 17.5% VAT, plus 15% = £17.60.

Yeah it is to do with VAT cut, My pompey ticket cost £17.70.
Not great at MATHS down Pompey way, then. [Unless the original price was £18.08, which seems unlikely!]
