There's no edging installed on the wooden floor. Shocking finishing quality.

No scotia needed when the skirting is on top....
As Hendrax pointed out there is no need for it. However they clearly employed a cowboy painter and decorator. I'm surprised you didn't notice the cutting in on the paintwork around the light switch and door furniture. And they could have filled that crack before painting it (no euphemism intended).
I think you will find the floor has been laid UNDER the skirting. That's no diy job. There's no edging installed on the wooden floor. Shocking finishing quality.
My missus took one look at Matty Ryan, and was wetter than an otters pocket.

Maybe I'm coming down with something, but I'm going with 'no'.

fair commentYeah I just don't think she's attractive. Not trying to be big or clever, I just find the preened plastic look actively unattractive.

Am not sure what cutting in is I'm afraid, but I would have to agree re the cowboy bit. Look at the paint all over the hinge!
Well, obviously Calde was the benchmark, and it's going to be hard to find someone quite so perfect in every department. Hmm, let me have a think and I'll get back to you.
You sure? I still maintain there is a very large gap at the back. Either that or the hoover has broken or does not have an edging attachment.
