It's not just the German team though, it's the whole German football structure. The cheap tickets, the efficient (and cheap) transport, the TERRACES, the fact that you can drink BEER on the terraces, the ownership of the top teams, the fact that there are ex-footballers in positions of influence, the coaching and development of young players and finally the way they big clubs don't see the national team as an irrelevance or worse a hindrance.I have to say I agree.
They have no big stars, they pass the ball well and they all play for the team, not themselves. A brilliant example to all other nations.

Spain, although Germany have been pretty impressive all round, but they are still German and I wouldn't want a German team to win anything.
