Anyone else got that package with VirginMedia that gives you 50 free prints per month when you upload your photo's to their backup vault?

I have tried it 3 times now and the access to the vault is painfully slow, finding the photo's you want even slower and then when you upload them to snapfish to do the printing it gets half way through and hangs.

Why is it these broadband companies offer all these what seem terrific offeres and when you come to use them they turn out crap?
