yes but they seem to be more than happy to give people V+ boxes and extra channels for free, I phoned and moaned and got all V+ charges waved and 3 months free rental, a saving of £105 ..

I didn't get the V+ but got many extra channals and my bill reduced.

Calls were also answered quickly and efficiently. upgrading my package messed up my BB connection the next day but they dealt with that quickly too.



Just wish i could stop Mrs from watching endless CSI's now!

A valve has gone in my television so I cannot watch anything at the moment. - it is a old TV though as I could still watch Porridge, To the Manor Born and the Good Life on it.
