Surely Vicente will at least be on the bench tonight. How else is he going to get match fitness. He's been at the club for over two weeks now, so he should have some kind of aerobic fitness now.
30 minutes tonight and then another 30 minutes on Friday would be good for him.

Or at least a half tonight then see how he's doing, if not fit enough bring him off BUT if he is doing well then keep him on.

I think he'll play some part today, its the perfect fixture to, home game with a full crowd against a team that he would have heard of.
