I can't see it myself,actually i can't see him going to any 2nd division side bar us as he's to good for that.
This bit actually says he's not against the idea of a return to Spanish football. Not sure where they get this info from though.

He's good enough to be playing much higher than Spanish league 2. Just because he played for Valencia doesn't mean he holds any affection for Villareal. He has much better options available I'm sure. If it was just us vs Villareal I'd be much more certain of him staying with us than I am at the moment.
Agree ... our 2nd level is way ahead of that of the Spanish .. if that's what he needs to decide between I reckon I've less need to worry

That aside the blog seems to be pure speculation with absolutely nothing to support it - the sort of thing our own Brett Mendoza or Walt Jabasco might write and just as reliable

Me neither. I can only really see him going back to a top division spanish side, not a serie b Italian one.
