My Dyson is very heavy and not that good. I wouldn't buy a Dyson again.

Don't buy a Miele then - weighs a ton. My view is I like hoovering and if get a bit of exercise too....everyone's a winner

Does anyone else remember the Hoover S&M model? It was the one that ‘beats, as it sweeps, as it cleans’. I bet there was many a happy and satisfied customer with that piece of kit.

I like exercise too but I don't like the pain of arthritis.

My condolences. You have 10 years on me but so far I have very little of that.....viva evening primprose oil and glucosamine/chondroitin (or dumb luck).
