Upper Shoreham Rd near Southlands blocked

Just outside the new housing development ..loads of fire engines/police cars ..doesn't seem to b a fire but road blocked both ways

I should add nor a road accident ..thankfully no ambulances ..workman hit the mains?

24 inch water main damaged on Crest Nicholson site and St Giles Church badly flooded - roads in area really especially Middle Road and Eastern Avenue

caused by a third party according to the argus report. likely everyone had a good time at the 2 initial parties, but they must have know they were pushing their luck to fire up the fondu kit a 3rd time,
