unknown withdrawal

I've had a debit card for nearly a year so fairly knew to all this statement stuff, but recently for the past 3 months something called 'Overseas Transaction Payment' has been withdrawing a £1 each month.

I am trying to recall if I bought or subscribed to something, does anyone have a clue what it could be?

The best thing to do is contact your bank and they will be able to trace the payment for you.

It probably is to do with the poker. You top your account up with dollars. Your bank are charging you a quid for the currency exchange. Not the poker firm.

On a serious note, I would guess you have a Mickey Mouse Savings club account that charges for transactions carried out in dollars.

haven't had the need to top up my 888 account for a couple of years, but I think its poker related. I'm sure I heard some banks were treating these as overseas transactions rather than purchases so adding the charge
