trying to get more out of my twitter account. Any recommendations on who to follow?

Football , Music, Comedy, Politics are favourite area at the moment.

Easiest option is to use the Search box and put players, standups, bands, politicos etc in there who you're interested in. Tip: lots of Albion fans brand their avatar with the club logo. Happy tweeting.

My advice is not to bother with the so called big name footballers, Rio Ferdinand and such. They tweet bollocks most the time and a lot of it. I don't like following people that tweet too much as it fills my timeline with rubbish rather than having a lot less tweets, but far more interesting/funny.

No he's not, he'd bloody awful. A non-stop invective of billy-big-bollocks barely legible gangsta-speak drivel. Followed him for a couple of weeks, but they guy LIVES on it and posts so much junk it was pretty much akin to having your Twitter feed spammed, so I put him on ignore. Well, unfollowed.
