So does anyone know if we got any money for Grant Hall from Spurs ?.If so that combined with Nooney dosh should make a decent amount to spend , providing , Gus is allowed to spend it all ? How much do we think he has got ?

There were rumours on here that the Grant Hall deal would net us 1.5 million, however there has been nothing official about that, and nothing about if it's X amount up front and the rest based on apperances, trophy wins, international apperances etc. Poyet has indicated in interviews given this morning that the money from Noone is being added to the kitty, but I think the exact amount in the kitty will vary. If a "gem" becomes avaliable then Tony Bloom may find some extra money to make it happen, that wouldn't be there if we were only looking at signing Johnny Kickball from Charlton.

It won't be modest, but it will take some months; and then there will be extras too e.g. on x number appearances for Spurs etc.

The extras bit will never happen due to perennial big spenders Spurs continuing to buy the likes of Vertongen in their desparate attempt to get in on the Chelsea-Arsenal CL action.
