Well not exactly. He is getting into the box and making the chances. Just seems to have a poor record of converting them.

The signs still show that we are going to BATTER someone soon. If Murray, Barnes, Bennett and LuaLua all come out all guns blazing.

Quite. If we don't become more clinical the chances are we won't be able to keep up our form. We won't keep clean sheets EVERY week!

Excellent that he's getting in the positions though, just hope the misses don't knock his confidence too much.

You seem to keep jumping to his defence at every opportunity.

He's not the worst striker we've ever had, but his finishing is very questionable. 3 goals this season is a good return, but you can't ignore the fact that he should have had nearer 7 or 8.

Having said that - if he keeps getting the chances he'll tuck one away eventually. Hopefully in the second half.
