I’d like Alzate back in midfield, he is more dynamic and progressive than White in that role, I’d put White back in the 3. Burn drops out for this one, Spurs don’t have the same physicality up top as Palace/WBA. I’d bench Trossard for this one as Spurs’ back line don’t like two mobile narky strikers.

I think the front three of Lallana, Mac Allister and Welbeck can play some nice, fast one-touch football.
Welbeck can be a target man and hold the ball up, and get on the end of Mac Allister's set pieces.
Mac Allister can deliver some nice set pieces. Plus he has an uncanny ability to arrive late in the box, at just the right time, to slot one home!
Mac Allister would drop deeper than the formation suggests.

Plus Maupay seems more focused in the big games, and Connolly put two past them on his Prem debut.
With the plan to bring on Lallana and Welbeck on at 60 minutes (use Lallana at the back end of the game, instead of the front, if he can't do 90 mins consistently).
