A man went to the Doctor and said "Doctor, Doctor! I go to bed singing The Green Green Grass and wake up singing Delilah! What on earth is wrong with me?"
The Doctor says, "Ah, you appear to have what is known as Tom Jones Syndrome".
"Tom Jones Syndrome?", the man asks, "I've never heard of it! Is it rare?"
"It's not Unusual", the Doctor replies.
