Perhaps they should water the track randomly at every race. That was properly exciting and interesting for the full two hours.

Great drive by Lewis to become the 1st Englishman to win a Formula One race at Monaco since Graham Hill in 1969.

Gripping race, result in doubt right up to the end, great drive from Lewis...felt a bit gutted for Sutil.

Nice one Lewis! And - bless! - he apologised to his team for hitting the barrier earlydoors

Ironically it was the extra fuel taken onboard at the resulting pitstop that allowed him to go that little bit further and thus make his next pitstop when the ideal time to change to slicks.

I don't know...Louis Hamilton has a far more continental ring to it.

Really good race and well please that Lewis won and leads the championship again, absolutley gutted for Sutil though, really deserved some points.

Totally agree about Sutil. Had a faultless race. If not for the safety car would have been well safe in 4th. Even then it was a mistake by Räikkönen that cost him. It would have been a massive result not just for him but also the team.

Didn't see the race until last night, having been watching Bath win the ECC, and managed to avoid the result until watching on Sky+

Well done Lewis, great result, 1st of many there I hope.

Bath Won, Hamilton Won, Leeds lost, don't get much better:thumbsup:
