I had a lemsip drink this morning to combat the effects of a chill , aching all over and a banging headache. Did the trick until this afternoon when I felt dizzy and had blurred vision and back to the shitty feeling so had to take a para tablet on my tea break.

Take a couple of paracetemol and make a hot drink out of a real lemon. Works much better for a fraction of the price.

That's what I do but I usually use lemon squash as I never have any real lemons. Put some honey in too for a sore throat, works wonders.

If you take Blood Pressure pills, you cant take Lemsip and that sort of stuff

Beechams flu plus capsules numb the illness rather brilliantly I think. Vics first defence works to prevent the coming aswell... well when i say prevent i mean delay by a week or so.
