I wouldn't worry too much. I see this as McGhee playing mind games, which he is very good at.

Take a player a bit low on confidence, and possibly unsettled by a number of disgruntled fans.

What's the best thing you could do to restore the players confidence - wave some praise and the promise of a contract in front of him.

When he slightly overhit a kick against Reading someone behind me reckoned it was because he wasn't used to the small pitch !

I think i read in a programme that Michel's injury is taking time because you don't get much blood go thorugh the shoulder.
