Just saw that phrase on the Bellamy thread and it always makes me smile. For such a morally bankrupt game its remarkable how high handed people can be about completely expected idiocy.

What has 'no place in football' for you?

I would say
  • after goal music
  • people saying 'these idiots arent real fans'
  • line ups shaking hands like its the world cup final (unless it is)
  • MK Dons

any more?

Kicking the ball out when a player goes down injured. Shameful.

Good list - I agree with all of them

I'll add:

Cheerleaders
Three styles (or more) replica shirts
Orange-coloured club chairmen
Sunday evening kick-offs
Ian Wright

The ridiculus use of one mascot per player in international matches.. I'm sure as an eight year old I want to stand in front of 60,000 on a pitch with someone stinking of sweat and Ralgex with their hands holding me in place.

middle class people who live in reigate

The heartland of football. The 21st centurys equivalent of a Lancashire mill town, a North East pit village or a 50's east end bombsite, I would say. You watch, the next generation of English football fan will come out of Reigate.
