Labour looked at the same thing a while back and were told the same thing as the Tories will hear: cant, and wont be done.

I admit that this is a quote from scrubs but 'If you get rid of all the porn, the internet would contain just one website called 'Bring Back the Porn'' (plus NSC.

Crazy idea. Why can't people just monitor their kids when they go online. Its not like parental controls are difficult. Plus it means they are spoiling all the fun for the rest of us. If porn is banned expect the number of sexual assaults to go throught the f***ing roof! Over to Danny Seagull ...........

HAHAHA Just found this quote on the BBC website. "His comment was echoed by Jim Killock, chair of the Open Rights Group which campaigns on digital liberties issues.

"This is not about pornography, it is about generalised censorship through the back door," said Mr Killock."

A friend of my sissters boyfriends cousin works with Jim Killock and I am reliably informed he quite regularly complains about censorship through his back door. Fact! :sheep:

First of all they prevent teenagers from going to uni by raising the fees to £9,000 a year, and then they take away the only thing that underworked and underwashed adolescents are likely to do with their time. Their will be RIOTS on the streets.

On a serious note, it is a ridiculous policy, how on earth are teens supposed to learn about hot lunches, soapy titwanks, tag teaming and reacharounds if not for the internet?

Its not about the Government simply passing legislation so ISPs have to block these sites but snidely introducing more censorship. NSC would be blocked because of the "babes" thread.

It's probably an idea from the clergy. I'm going to have to beat the bishop about this.
