yeah silly idea decorating that roundabout

ended up with chrismtas decorations round it this year, and even a tree in the middle

God no. When I first came upon that monstrosity driving to Swindon away I was so confused / gobsmacked I spent the whole day bricking it at the prospect of having to drive round it again. Fortunately I had a navigator the second time.

I used to have a flat at the top end of Chatham Place so got used to the high traffic levels coming from all directions. The problem with the road layout at the Dials is that it only takes 2 anticipatory drivers to be in close proximity to each other and then inevitably there is an accident. Having a statue to look at would distract drivers because then they wouln't be looking out for pedestrians.

where dis this £10k come from? I thought B&H council had ££??(millions!) shortfall in their housing repair budget for a start..
