My local has it as this:

Hot & spicy strips of chicken breast cooked with onions, garlic, pimento & garnished with tomatoes and corriander.

No mention of cream.

Anyway, still no Shaslick Masala.

I voted for Balti, nothing pretentious, just a good honest curry with plenty of flavour, cooked properly it is a superb dish, a decent naan to soak up all the juices and some rice on the side, heaven on a plate. I have got to the stage where I normally have a curry for my Sunday dinner, much rather that than the traditional British roast.

Kashmiri Naans are tops, reckon you could serve one up with either ice cream or custard as a tasty pud.

Main: Korai chicken, Pilau Rice, Mushroom Bhajee & Garlic Nan

Dessert: Cobra
