Interesting that they mention its proximity to Falmer station but not the 22,500 seater football stadium less than half a mile away.

Is that not just a tad misleading? I mean, I'd buy it like a shot if I had that sort of cash, but plenty of people* might find the Amex off-putting.

Yes I was wondering that such a fact might make the viewings a bit more interesting.......................................

yes football stadia do affect house prices. However its usually upwards!

Mishon Mackay did some research for the Bring Home the Albion campaign which highlighted that a football stadium can usually see an increase in between 10 to 15%. This research was based on houses of similar size and style houses in similar locations as well as before and after impacts where stadia have been developed.
