Reading away's a good'un. Clubbing, Berky? :drink:

Leeds midweek sucks shit though

Aha Mr Danny... something we have plenty of... here ya go: About 30 of these bars are open til 2am. There's about 10 actual "club only" places that don't open before 9pm, but most are crap and full of pikies. The bars are far better.

Pub list - http://www.readingpubs.co.uk/pubs/full.asp

Should have next NSC meetup in Reading before/after the game...? Just a thought... even a mini-meet up...

I notice this time that no fixtures have been allocated for International dates, which is a change from last season, when there were matches scheduled but most ended up being postponed and rearranged to midweek.

It's made worse by Easter Saturday and the following Wednesday being an International week, so we miss out on a Bank Holiday Monday match.

A passing thought .... wasn't Coventry our third fixture in 2002-2003?

Same again then ...

Nah, it was our second fixture. First home game. Mid-week.

I'm quite happy with reading away first game, not to far to go on the opening game so won't be such an early start as i'm getting use to wakeing up late on weekends, i'm gutted that leeds and forest are mid-week, but i thought that the leeds home game would be mid-week before the fixtures came out. we should get a few points on the board by september with some not so big teams to play in august. preston away in mid-week, and qpr away on new years day

Forest away was a mid week game last time round and it was one of the best games of the season for atmosphere.

I love the thought of Reading away first game. Coppout, McGhee (for the Reading fans) Sidwell, Ingimarsson etc etc It's all there and on a Saturday this time not a Friday (unless Sky stick their beak in again)
