It's not the be all and end all. It is open to abuse.

I'd never use it, but did 'grass' on some Sheff Wed characters.

I am sure it will have its merits. There are some situations which will be exacerbated by confronting the person involved or someone might not javelin the courage to do so.

There doesn't appear to have been a miscarriage of justice thus far.

It.might prove useful in a stand where one does not want a big scene ie the family stand.
