The new 20mph zones, how are you finding them?

I ain,t doing 20mph at 6.30 in the morning on an empty road for no one , the enforced limit should be variable at certain times of the day or night.... i was under taken by a bloody cyclist at 20mph , why does no one monitor the speed they do?

I tend to drive at the speed limit I think is appropriate. 20MPH at school times is fine IMO, but at quiet times I do go a lot faster.
