SNOWMAGEDDON

Junior's school closed and Mrs Plake doing an emergency medic shift which she can't miss.

Plus Haywards Heath might as well be on the moon if you live in Brighton this morning.

I'm going to build a snowman.

Which way is this flumpage heading from Worthing?

It's not, it's a quasi stationary snow band, stretching from the Thames estuary, through Maidstone, and north Kent, south Surrey, and mid Sussex to reach the Channel coast from Littlehampton to about Shoreham.

Technically it's lake effect snow.
