Saw it last week, I thought it was brilliant.
Very funny, the story's not the most original but it's very well done and acted

I read two very good reviews and decided to see it, for the first ten minutes i was not sure but then thougherly enjoyed it, not surprised that it is getting so many nominations.

Just saw it and in a suitably retro cinema here too: I absolutely loved it. If it was just a very clever pastiche of film in the 1920s, that would tire pretty quickly. But it's also so endearing and entertaining and also surprisingly touching too. Brilliant.

I enjoyed it. After about 5 mins you forget that you are watching a silent film in black and white and you just get into the story. The bird is fit and the dog is lols. 8/10 :)
