And I'm afraid you'll have to WORK elsewhere, Hove In-bred.

The borders have been shut.

Enjoy your new job selling ice creams on the seafront.

I have noticed it is getting harder to find someone in Brighton who was born there, and does seem to attract some right scumbags who I wish would f*** off.
HBandB I am right with you on this one.
PS. before any bothers, I AM A BIGOT AND A RACIST.

My family already own the candy floss koisk on the PALACE (not Brighton) Pier.

I was born and brought up in Brighton, as were my dad and grandad but Mrs Gwylan was born and brought up in London (as were her parents and grandparents). What does HB&B think we should do: both live here, neither live here or that we should be split up?

I really hadn't realised that B&H was the next place marked for ethnic cleansing.

...due to unaffordable housing, it is time for Brighton and Hove Council to introduce an local connection criteria for all those moving in to the twin towns from elsewhere, if you were not born here have no IMMEDIATE family members in B&H or are needing to realoate due to your company relocating to BN1 2 OR 3 then you are not welcome, we need to stop the influx of cockneys and also the dirty mancunians ans scousers that clog up St james Street who drain local resources.

I have some sympathy with hb&b. It is the Londoners that have driven up the property prices in Brighton & Hove and made it impossible for locals to buy unless they are on at least 35k per annum or £ 50k joint.

It also doesn;t help that the average wage in Brighton & Hove is les than the national average.

When I worked within an estate agency in Preston Park from 1999 -2002 nearly 40% of all house sales where to people moving from London to Brighton and commuting back to London to work.

With this influx of Londoners is it any wonder some of the " locals " don't give a shit about BHAFC or the stadium ???
