In the preview of this week I remember the guy interviewing Ruth saying "If you've made X amount of money for my company, I wouldn't let you leave" thinking that she was taking too much credit for it.

She reminds of a gorgeous Scandi girl I knew who worked as a receptionist at a broker which was told by one of the principals that they would deal with them as long as she became their sole broker there. She did, of course, and thrived.

But you won't have a word said against the porn-faced fishwife. And I respect that.

For me that was poor.

Paul is only 26 and has 3 years of experience and yet he is being judged on the same level as the other three.

He has been on the winning team 7 time and of the 3 that he lost he was by far the strongest in the team. The only bad one he had was selling flats where he was still the joint second best across all teams.

The cruise ship tsk proved to me that he had the complete package unlike Ruth who is sales sales sales. Paul came up with the concept for the task, single handedly wiped the floor with Ruths marketing. He also gave excellent customer service. He produced a three page document detailing what everyone was doing and above all he read the rules!

But of couse his CV was a bit shit so let's ignore the last 10 tasks and sack him.

What a joke.

For my money Ruth and Michelle should have gone. Who the f*** turns down 250,000 shares?

No doubt at all. He was a good laugh on the Adrian Chiles thing too, more outgoing/normal. I'd have Michelle doing the office massages and nothing else.

you underestimate the power of a good looking woman in the office.

especially in client facing situations you really couldn't lose with michelle, even if she was useless, a quick flash of leg and the client's won over.

What annoyed me the most about these interviews is that that concentrated totally on what they had done before the show. For me this could be (and probably was in the case of the girls) complete bullshit. Why not look at what they have actually done during the show. Ask them about what they have learned, what would they have done differently etc.

What is the point of this sort of interview at the end of the show? Paul never stood a chance. They should have done this stage BEFORE for show.
