Re: Villa - "As only the lower stands of the stadium will be open, there will be a free-choice of seating with no seats held for season ticket holders."

I think the waiters could be left disappointed for this one, ya think? Must be a limited chance of the lower tiers selling out mid-week.

Does this mean they think it’ll be on TV?

Depends what the ticket prices are. Might be more chance of selling out the lower if it was a team in the Championship, rather than one that was there last year.

Too many juicy ties. BT will see this as an all Prem snore fest.

Sky will show Portsmouth v Southampton, and probably Colchester v Spurs, or Dongs v Liverpool.

Zero chance our game will be on. Its a nothing all PL tie, wouldn't be a shock either way.

12-14k max, PL reserves and U23s so little outside interest. Yawn.

....of course I’m going

Where is the 'I want my own ST seat' bit?

I have filled in the digital form, done the emails to confirm and I don't want some upstart in my seat.

I quite like watching cup matches from different parts of the ground, just to see what others experiences are on a match day. I have yet to do North Stand so may venture there.
