Sima would like to stay at Rangers, and is in the final year of his contract with us. I assume a deal will be done.
Certainly seems to have fitted in well there. He cost us around £7M though, I believe, so Rangers would have to dig deep.

Are we? Really ......... in what way?

Moran, Weir (this season), Samuels, Hinchy, Ayari, Jenks, Miller, Spong - to name but a few - might not think so.
Really just a flippant reference to Sima and Undav having arguably the best seasons of all our loanees only to prefer staying in place to returning to the Albion.

Fair enough. We always knew Undav wasn't a development loan though - he just wanted/wants out/back to Germany. I think we'd pretty much given up on Sima after two pretty unspectacular loans.
I would argue, though, that our best loans this season have been the goalkeepers.

I would certainly put Beadle and Rushworth up there with Undav and Sima, but the former are under consideration for a first-team place next season so didn't support my argument

I agree, I think the success rate of our loans this season has been really disappointing.
Marc Leonard seems to be an honourable exception though - apparently now wanted by Sheffield United, Cardiff City, Plymouth, Hull and newly promoted big-money Wrexham. I wonder whether we really should be too keen to move him on at the moment? - hope the new boss might at least have a look at him in pre-season. Or might he have greater value if he has a successful season on loan in the Championship?

Anyone heard any noises on Kozlowski and Mazilu? Heard very good things when they singed but not much in the way of whether they are close to a first team place?

And are we keeping Sarmiento do you think?

What I think is neither here nor there. What's most likely is that FH will assess (or is/has been in the process of assessing) all the players in the squad and ins, outs, loans, etc will be decided from that point onwards. From the level they've played at and how they've performed, I suspect Kozlowski and Mazilu are a long, long way away from the first team squad, and due to the length of time we've had him and the inability to kick on Kozlowski will either be sold or given further loans until the contract runs out. Mazilu will be given more time.
Sarmiento it's less clear but don't think the signing of Minteh has exactly helped.
