we'll be having chilli crab and chinese buns at the seafood centre. not sure we'd be able to find a proper turkey over here. it is all frozen.

first year in 14 that we haven't reared and slaughtered our own turkey.

Beef wellington on Christmas Day - but cold turkey and pickle sandwiches to eat before the Reading game on Boxing Day. Avoids Turkey overload two days running.

This but add ten to the Strongbow count and replace the Bensons with Marlboro Lights.

We always have Turkey but given the choice I would probably PLUMP* for something that has a bit more taste. TBH I've never really been a fan of Christmas lunch, I've always preferred the array of NIBBLES that festoon the festive period.

Been Goose for us last 7-8 years. Nice bit of Goose fat to go in the freezer and use on Roast potatoes for next few months
