Ever thought of psychiatry as a profession?

Why would this tall bird want to stay with him?

Getting too emotionally involved too soon certainly makes the relationship weak. Women need to be challenged. They need to "Win" their man. If the bloke's all slushy and soft they find it boring. At least, that's what I've always been led to believe.

Treat 'em mean to keep 'em keen. Never a truer work spoken.

I know how u feel mate, in the summer i was going out with this girl who i thaught the world of and i went away for a week and when i came back i never heard from her again, didnt even get a goodbye!

I know its hard and i still think about her sometimes but its just like riding a bike, if you fall off you gotta get back on and try again!

Keep your head up and dont let it get you down or it will ruin your xmas and it will take over your life!

Good luck fella!

bristolseagull, caring for someone does not make you weak, it is called compassion...not enough of that around these days, an underrated virtue in my opinion.

This is what I mean by weak. She was obviously taking you for a mug and you couldn't see it.

"we were good together- she said it often enough"

When you're a bit older you will realise this means "I love you taking me out and spending money on me"

"i do feel a bit like ive been taken for a ride."

Thats cause you have. You're just too emotionally involved to see it.:dunce:
