Thai Salmon Fishcakes

Im planning on making Thai Salmon Fishcakes for dinner tonight.

Ive never made them before and am looking for the best recipie

any ideas

Gordon Ramsay has an excellent recipe in his latest book. He uses white fish and prawn, but you can substitute salmon if you wish.

The one thing I would do is use an extra egg to bind the fishcakes together.

Don't use breadcrumbs!

Put the fish, green beans, chillis, Thai curry paste, egg and mash potato together and that will be enough!

I would recommend a dip for it too, spicy cucumber is pretty good (again from the Ramsay book)

Use PANKO bread crumbs, they are the nuts.

get some fresh coriander in there too, and a load of lime juice
