Sampayo and Kasim there also= nothing from Rodgers but would be surprised if he isn't there.

I'm guessing that when Gus said he might have to play 4 of the DS he meant 4 to start plus more on the bench

There is no way he is going to risk Buckley in this game, he is our only fit winger and with the others a couple of weeks away, no chance at all of him risking him.

Dont get me wrong, I hope to god its stronger than that, but i honestly get the impression its not high on his list, I actually think he would prefer the weeks break to give all an extra week to get over aches and pains than play the toon in the cup.

I would be surprised if Hall, Rogers, Sampayo, Kasim and Torbjorn dont feature with perhaps Roland and Barker on the bench. These mixed with our fit first teamers.

And come on Gus give Vicente a run out.

I would go with that, perhaps Barker instead of Buckley or even Cumming-Bart or Sherif who can both play on the wing.

Wouldn't like to risk Buckley, if he picked up a knock we might aswell pack up the league with no creativity left. Also if he plays the team is completely unbalanced, and we don't have the sort of player who can play on the left (haven't heard much about Simmonds but from DS reports sounds a good prospect. Does he play on the left?). From the first game against Wrexham thought Barnes was so isolated, had no one to support him and virtually no service, felt sorry for the lad. Has Poyet thought about playing a simple 4-4-2 or a 4-1-3-2? Need someone up there too support him.

I thought Agdestein looked rather good last week quite nippy played some good balls through at times , one to watch for the future me thinks .
Would have loved to have seen the big lad Bergkamp get on too, hopefully tommorrow night he will and hopefully he will end up as good a player as his Uncle Dennis !!!
