If McNulty not fit then Wright, if Forster not fit then I'd recall and play Davies (unlikely), or it'd have to be Hart - or I'd play a 4-5-1/4-3-3 and replace Forster with Crofts using Dickinson as the lone striker, with Aaron Davies/Bennett acting as support strikers on either wing.
