He who pays the piper and so on. You want racism with Taxi drivers then try getting one to pick you up from outside of a Christian church in the UAE, you'll have a long wait as I did not so long ago. I was finally picked up by an Arab taxi driver after waiting 20 minutes in 110 degrees heat having been passed by more than twenty empty cabs. Most of the taxi drivers in the UAE are from the Indian sub continent he told me and they will not pick up white people, especially outside of a Christian church.
