According to this report http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36985799 there is no standard recall clause. What exactly the recall rules are under the new loan rules I don't know but that report suggests it would be unlikely.

If Abraham was available on loan to the end of the season then it'll be a sensible move to get him in. He's a strong, pacey striker who knows where the net is and who should be eager to impress - also has potential to form a good partnership with either Murray or Baldock.
