Ha ha! Three years ago i lived on kebabs and curries. Now i eat plenty of fruit - especially mango, bananas and satsumas. Feel so much better physically but my bowels are just as bad.
Just had the fantastic situation where I have woken up and rolled to the side to did a half eaten bowl of curry which I must have lady last night when I got in so I could have some now.
I have even been kind enough to leave myself 1 poppodom and a half of naan. I'm WELL considerate to myself when Ive been drinking.
