How can you drop Reid?

Despite his good performances I don't think you can drop either of the midfield two. You need Charlie in there IMO. I don't see Reid as a wide player plus he's new. That midfield is strong and have played together for some years. I do rate Reid though and if thinks wern't quite working would have no hesitation having him on.

I would rather have Reid than Hart. That is a big admission for me.
Then if we weren't making progress I would take Charlie off, move Reid across and bring Hart on.

yorkies got it spot on, btw yorkie i wasnt at the notts co. game it seemed like the change that mcghee did in that game ie what you said above really changed the game. Was that as much the case at the game as it came across on the radio?
