How's this then, Chappers?

Kirtley 7 overs 6 maidens 1 run 3 wickets

:clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

It all fizzled out in a draw, although they seem to have finished early.

Sussex 391/7d & 172/6d
Loughborough UCCE 201 & 51/4 (19.3 ov)
Match drawn (Bad Light)

Indeed. As do both Kent and Surrey (obviously without the Championship).

At least the students get to learn something about cricket when they turn up at Hove.

hahaha, mmm, maybe pre-season but otherwise the authorities at Lords tend to send incoming national teams down to Canterbury where they know they'll get a thorough going over at a setting where England is showcased and put in it's best light.

or something.

Indeed. I'm looking forward to the FA Cup Final next week in Cardiff - probably the best available ground because of the legendary APPLE TREE that quaintly sits in the centre circle and has never been removed for shits and giggles. :tosser:
