Champions Sussex cut three free

County champions Sussex have released three players - all-rounder Sean Heather, seam bowler Tim Linley and batsman Neil Turk.

Cricket Manager Mark Robinson said: "In their two years at the club Neil and Sean have been outstanding in how they have conducted themselves.

"Tim added to the dressing room atmosphere with his willingness to work and help others whenever possible.

"Due to the form of the people in front of them opportunities are sparse."

Has there been any news on Darren Maddy?

Negotiations ongoing I would have thought. He'll have a few clubs after him, I still can't believe we're one of them.
