Indian call centres are so 2010 , if you are a reputable business , all your call centre capacity is based in the UK

Well I'm not sure about this purchase history thing. I got 2 tickets for my parents last week for Blackpool, they had no history & I just registered them online, linked them to me as friends & family and got them 2 tickets. Give it a go.
