Sunderland and where to stay!!

Most places are booked, too expensive or require two night minimum booking in Newcastle.

Anyone else had any better luck with accomodation on the 30th?

Try South Shields - seaside resort type place with loads of B&Bs, guest houses and small hotels. Is half way between Newcastle and Sunderland and on the Metro LIne
