Fairly simple, yes.
There's a tray under the cage into which all the droppings and dropped food go, which is easy enough to change, a bottle of water, a tub of sand for him to have a bath in, his food dish and various shelves and bits of wood for him to jump around on and chew.
Mind you, he's a lazy bugger, so he sits still most of the time (except when he knows he's getting fed).
