The only time Edgeley Park is full, is when Sale Sharks are at home!!
As for parking, there is some right outside, but you'd have to arrive BLOODY early to get a space.
Probably best to park in Morrison's and walk down to the ground from there.

"You can still park on Edgeley road and the roads to the north thereof.
Everywhere else is verboten."

Quick update on parking Mr El Pres. From someone else on our list.
Simple rule is to look for the signs. They are enforced. Do not assume
that because it looks quiet or out of the way that wardens won't be in
attendance at some point. They almost certainly will.
I suggest they use the car parks on Edgeley, although I never do so
myself! They should be quiet enough on the night to get in from what
I've seen of recent midweek games. If they use the one at the Armoury
end of Castle Street (rather than the main CP in Edgeley) they should
be able to get out quickly on to King Street West and down the hill to
the M60, assuming that's where they're heading. It avoids most of the
fans and the coppers that tend to be knocking around on Mercian Way.
Get to the Armoury roundabout, head towards the ground, turn first
right off Mercian Way, which is just past the bus stop.
