I too have noticed their lack of respect for supporters. Are they employed by the club directly or are they private company. If its a private company lets complain!!

They are employed directly by the Club.
Generally speaking, it is grossly unfair to say that "they" show a lack of respect for supporters. There may be occasional individual lapses. On such occasions it is best to complain about the particular incident. Even then, it may be that it is not an individual steward who is to "blame".

Inside ground they are club stewards, outside the ground (ie box office, road closures, snakey lane etc) are provided to the club by a private company (or possibly 2).
